At DINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DINT account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
